Refund policy
We want every customer to shop with confidence. That confidence starts with a fair, honest returns process, not just a promise.
Ready to ship items
Ready to ship wigs and bundles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are welcome to try the piece on to check fit and finish. The lace must not be cut, coloured, or altered in any way. Once the lace has been cut, the item is no longer eligible for return, as it can no longer be resold or reused.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unaltered, with the lace uncut
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Made to order and bespoke items
Made to order wigs, custom colour work, and bespoke installs are built specifically for you and are final sale, except where the item arrives faulty or different from what was ordered.
Hygiene items
Bond repair products and other items that are sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if they remain unopened and unused.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. These cases are reviewed individually and are not subject to the standard return window.
How to start a return
Log in to your customer account on our website and open your order history. Select the order you would like to return and choose Request Return. Alternatively, email info@kerehair.co.uk with your order number and we will guide you through it.
Please do not send items back to us before a return has been approved, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
What happens next
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.
