Step 2: Custom Preparation
Your raw hair is hand-selected and meticulously prepared to your exact specifications. Whether that involves custom colouring, handmade keratin bond conversion, or creating the perfect density and blend, every detail is completed in-house before your appointment.

Step 3: Precision Installation
On the day of your fitting, each K-Tip bond is applied strand by strand for a secure, discreet, and natural-looking result. Depending on the number of strands being installed, appointments typically take between 2–5 hours.
Before you leave, we'll cut, blend, and style your extensions so they integrate seamlessly with your natural hair.
Step 4: Two-Week Comfort Check
Around two weeks after your installation, you'll return for a complimentary Comfort Check. This appointment allows us to ensure your bonds have settled comfortably, answer any questions about caring for your extensions, and make any small adjustments if required.
It's an important part of our aftercare process, giving you confidence that your extensions are performing exactly as they should.
Step 5: Aftercare & Maintenance
